On the ground floor of the house there is a high-quality kitchen with a large island which leads into the dining area.

The lounge area with its comfortable corner sofa and chairs invites you to sit down and relax. In addition to Wi-Fi Internet access and a large flat-screen TV, an up-to-date hi-fi system from awaits you.

Also on the ground floor is the master bedroom with direct access to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom is generously fitted with two washbasins.

Another bedroom on the upper floor has a bathroom with a free-standing design bathtub, shower toilet, electronic urinal and a fully open shower with a Showerheaven shower head which has five shower functions.

All the beds in the four double bedrooms are 200 x 90 cm and approximately 60 cm high for extra comfort. For better orientation in the dark the bedrooms have individual LED night lighting.

All the bedrooms and the living and kitchen areas have air-conditioning which is regulated by remote control and which can be used for heating in the winter or in the low season.

A separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra-large refrigerator with freezer compartments round off the high-quality furnishing of the house.

The Villa Clairette lies in the quiet hills of Les Issambres about 3 km from the port of San Peire. A regular boat line to St.Tropez (travelling time approximately 25 minutes) enables you to get to this hot spot without any hassle and traffic jams.
