The Villa Clairette is located here at the end of a very quiet, short cul-de-sac next to a nature reserve. From the villa you can look out over areas of woodland directly to the bay of St. Tropez.

This villa offers its guests a combination which is rare for the Côte d’Azur, namely, a property which is barely visible but which itself enjoys a fantastic panorama view. At night the lights of the promenade in St. Maxime and the illuminations of St. Tropez are reflected in the Mediterranean Sea.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay in a garden with a wide variety of Mediterranean plants and a central swimming pool (12 x 4 m) on ground level which can be reached without steps. (Thanks to an outdoor solar shower and pool heating which can be booked as an optional extra, it is possible to make full use of the pool in the low season as well.)

In the evening the pool and jacuzzi lighting and a radio-controlled illumination of the various garden areas make for a picturesque setting which can be enjoyed from the large south-west patio.

A ceiling fan which cools the summer lounge and two motorized awnings which can be stretched to provide cool shade enable you to have barbeques at midday as well.

The outer area offers a variety of pleasant places to sit such as a dining table for eight people, a comfortable lounge area and eight easily movable, extra-wide sun loungers. Small side tables round off the outdoor furnishings.

The property is barely visible behind a lockable, radio-controlled gate. Parking for two to three cars is available in the grounds. The villa itself has two floors and a living area of approximately 160 m².
